Mark and Lexie got married finally, Meredith and Derek had kids, Arizona made it out alive and home to Callie where they adopted more kids of their own, Cristina after finding her shoe fixed things with Owen, April and Jackson settled down, and Izzie came back to Alex. Now their kids are growing up and starting to tell their own stories. Turns out being related to surgeons is more interesting than it seems.
